We have been contacted to K.H.M.M. Company, the Canadian manufacturer of burglar alarms, and asked about the possibility of the cooperation agreement. We would adapt our business to sale their products. Tests show that their product is a suitable for our target market and real have its potential.

Findings
  1. Public security is a big problem for everyone goes out by oneself. He/She not only needs to take care herself but also need to concern about his/her backpack or baggage. Products that can protect his/her property will attractive consumers’ eyes. And this is the most important niche market of “stealing killer”.
  2. The main function of the new product is combine alarm and camera. When some people want to open the backpack, stealing killer will make some noise to notice the backpack’s owner. By the way, it also will take some photos to help the owner catch the thief. Lenz has been developing cheap, small and could devices on many things. K.H.M.M. put it on the product and let it connect to cell phone and computer will help people to eliminate something stolen. This application is really very successful.
  3. Who needs this product? According to market research, many young and old people always ignore their backpacks. This device will help them to protect their property. On the other hand, many business men always travel by themselves. They are very hurry and need to think lots of things on the same time, they can’t always concern about their baggage. After them use this product, they can feel relieved and concentrate his attention on his business. There is a big interest in selling “stealing killer”.
Conclusion 
The target audience of our shop is 18~30 and 50~70 year-old person and business man. The target consumer of “Stealing Killer” is very close to our shop. We have sold the travel bags, burglar alarms and travel kits…etc. If we also sell this product, it will make our goods become diversity.
Recommendation
We should meet with representatives from K.H.M.M. as soon as possible to discuss the discount of our purchasing cost. We also need to call a conference with our marketing team ask them make the strategy to sell this product.
